Trust and Transparency

Policies and author rights.

These plain-language policies explain the general expectations for inquiries and publishing-service projects. A project-specific written agreement controls the exact scope, payment schedule, deadlines, and deliverables.

Author Ownership and Rights

Authors retain ownership of their original manuscripts and intellectual property. Kingdom Writers Institute receives only the limited permission reasonably necessary to perform the services authorized in a written agreement. Rights are not transferred unless a separate written agreement expressly says so.

Royalties and Publishing Accounts

The Amazon KDP account, royalty recipient, payment arrangement, and title ownership will be identified before publication. Kingdom Writers Institute does not promise sales, rankings, reviews, or a specific level of royalties.

Submission Policy

Submitting a manuscript does not guarantee acceptance, publication, or a contract. Authors must own or control the submitted material and must disclose prior publication, coauthors, licensed content, quotations, photographs, illustrations, or other third-party material. Do not submit irreplaceable original files.

Services, Revisions, and Approval

Only services listed in the written project agreement are included. The agreement should identify deliverables, revision limits, author responsibilities, and estimated timing. Authors are responsible for reviewing names, facts, quotations, permissions, and final proofs before approval.

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Payment schedules and cancellation terms will be provided in writing before paid work begins. Completed work, purchased third-party services, and nonrecoverable expenses may not be refundable. If a project is cancelled, any refund or remaining balance will be determined by the signed agreement and work already performed.

Third-Party Costs

Amazon printing costs, advertising, ISBN purchases, domain registration, premium software, stock assets, and other third-party charges are separate unless specifically included in writing.

Community Guidelines

Community Members and Contributors must communicate respectfully, avoid profanity, harassment, threats, spam, scams, impersonation, hate or abusive content, and keep posts focused on uplifting, Kingdom-minded participation. Content may be filtered, reported, hidden, or removed, and accounts may be warned, restricted, suspended, or deactivated when necessary to protect the Community.

Privacy

Information submitted through the site is used to review inquiries, communicate with prospective or current authors, and provide requested services. The site also collects privacy-conscious analytics such as page visits, approximate city or region, device type, traffic source, button clicks, music activity, searches, form activity, time on page, and technical errors. Random anonymous identifiers may distinguish visits and sessions. Raw IP addresses, precise addresses, payment information, and form contents are not stored in website analytics. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings are respected. Sensitive personal or financial information should not be included in an initial manuscript inquiry. Information is not sold as a mailing list.

Community Terms

Community access is provided for lawful, respectful participation. Members are responsible for their own posts, comments, profile information, and messages. Community accounts do not grant Contributor or Admin privileges. Kingdom Writers Institute may moderate content and restrict or suspend accounts that violate these Guidelines, threaten safety, misuse the service, or violate the law.

Content Standards

Kingdom Writers Institute may decline projects that conflict with its mission, violate the law, infringe another person’s rights, or contain material that cannot be responsibly published.
